Continuity: Can you Spot The Differences?

What Is Continuity?

Continuity is the principle of making sure that all details are consistent from scene to scene.  This has been something we've had to really be aware of for our story.   Things like:

  • The story covers three different days so the main characters need different outfits each day

  • Speaking of outfits - being sure the details ON the outfits carried through from page to page

  •  Keeping an eye on WHERE they were in the classroom and what should be on the walls

I have attached a few examples below:

This is a time I have been VERY happy to have a theatre background, it has really helped me tell the story in pictures, not just in words.

Thanks again for coming on this journey with us! - Julie & Bob
